1. Reservation and Payment

Booking a vehicle at BidawiAuto can be done through our website or directly at our agencies. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

Full payment is required at the time of key handover. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and bank transfers.

2. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental date. Cancellation fees may apply according to the terms of your reservation.

3. Liability and Insurance

The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, unless additional insurance coverage has been purchased. Please consult the details of our protection options.

4. Usage Restrictions

Our vehicles must not be used for:

• Illegal or dangerous racing.
• Transporting prohibited goods.
• Traveling outside borders without prior authorization.

5. Vehicle Return

The vehicle must be returned on the date and time agreed in the rental contract. Any delay will incur additional charges.

6. Modification of Terms
